accounts are made through an independent institution,
Pershing, LLC, which is an affiliate of
Bank of New York,
a recognized leader in asset custody and the oldest bank in the United States.
The responsibilities of the custodian are:
- Treasury function: Pershing, LLC custodies our client's funds and securities*
- Custody of the securities* and funds of our clients in a segregated account to which Progress, LLC has no unauthorized access
- Executing the purchase/sale orders
- Preparing and sending confirmations and account statements
