He has more than 23 years of experience in the financial industry.
He was director of Brokerage Firm, Asset Management,
Private Banking and International Banking at
BBVA Bancomer until 2003, with more than 25 billion dollars in managed assets.
His last position before founding Progress was of Director General of International Private Banking, Americas, at
Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) in Miami, Florida.
He has held different positions in business organization in Mexico and the US, and has been member of the Board of Directors of several firms in the financial sector.
He holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from the
Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico, and has postgraduate studies
in Finance and Stock-Exchange Finances from the
Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and the AD2 from
the
Panamerican Institute of Business Administration (IPADE, Mexico).
He has the General Securities Principal (series 24) and Registered Representative (series 7) licenses from
FINRA.
He is Managing Director in
Progress Wealth Management, LLC.
