Every fee-only firm in this directory is listed automatically and free of charge from its Form ADV. You do not need to claim a listing for it to appear. Use this form to correct something, add information that Form ADV does not carry, or ask about introductions to people looking for an adviser.

How listings work

• Listings are rebuilt from the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure feeds. When you file an amended Form ADV, the listing updates on the next rebuild.
• A firm is included if it serves individuals, offers financial planning or portfolio management, and reports no commissions, broker-dealer registration or insurance-agency ties. See the methodology.
• Order on each page is set by the data. Inclusion and order are never for sale.
• Firms that want introductions to people who use the matching form can agree a referral arrangement with us. Any such arrangement must meet the SEC Marketing Rule and applicable state requirements, including disclosure to the client.
